We are contracted with most insurances, including many Medicaid plans. Contracted health plans are subject to change at any time due to varying circumstances. We may close or limit our panel of new incoming patients for any listed insurance plan at any time without notice.

We are only accepting Medicaid patients in the following counties: Guadalupe, Gonzales, DeWitt, Karnes, Goliad, Wilson, Lavaca, Fayette and Caldwell and Bastrop.

When scheduling yourself for an appointment please make sure to provide your insurance information. If you do not provide it prior to your appointment, you will be defaulted as a private/cash pay patient. If your insurance is not listed, please call the office to verify that we are in-network with your plan.

During the intake process, if you are unable to upload both front and back or your driver’s license and/or your insurance card(s) you are required to bring them to your appointment. They are required for verification purposes. If you cannot provide your driver’s license or ID card, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled until proof of identification is provided.

Attention patients

ALL PATIENTS who have NOT been seen in office after JULY 1st, 2022 will be considered a NEW PATIENT.

  1. We are aware not all patients received our explanatory letter regarding Dr. Kirchner opening her private practice alongside a new EMR (electronical medical records) system.
  2. We no longer have access to your medical records unless you have submitted a medical records request to release your records from GRMG.

Please read this message in its entirety to avoid any rescheduling occurrences.

  1. All “NEW PATIENT/PREGNANCY” patients will appear available as indicated in self-scheduling form. Please keep in mind we do not schedule NEW PREGNANT patients on THURSDAYS or in our CUERO and GONZALES CLINICS.
  2. After selecting your desired appointment date and time, you will be required to complete your medical history intake. This will be sent via text and email five and three days before your appointment. If it is not completed, your appointment will be subject to cancellation.
  3. Self-scheduling and completing pre-visit registration will allow you to streamline your demographics, medical history, sign consents/policies, and make payments if necessary.
